Engine overhauling
For almost 60 years, engine overhauling has been the origin of Sauer & Sohn,
Motorentechnik.
Whether cars, lorries, utility vehicles or industrial engines, any types of
engines are overhauled in accordance with the RAL quality guidelines at the
engine overhauling department of Sauer & Sohn, Motorentechnik, no matter what their
manufacturers and years of manufacture are.
Complete engine overhauling covers the entire spectrum of classical
machining processes.
The engine diagnosis and cleaning in the beginning of each engine
overhauling operation is followed by checking and measuring all individual
engine components.
As a result, all construction parts of any engine will be machined, the
wearing parts replaced and the drive unit reassembled.
For the moment, a test bench run will be the last engine overhauling station
at Sauer & Sohn, Motorentechnik.
In this connection, all engine-specific parameters will be tested, checked
and documented.
The engine will then be painted in its original colour or according to the
customer's request and can be put to its use.
Our warranty period for complete engine overhauling is, of course, 2 years.
